Whether you're looking for a specific size, shape, or just want to give your existing offcuts a new lease on life, our overlocking service provides a durable and attractive finish.
Here's how affordable and easy it is:
Solution Dyed Nylon & Polyester: Only $9.50 per running metre for overlocking around the edge.
Wool: Just $11.00 per running metre.
This fee includes the cutting and shaping of your mat. Please note a handling fee will apply, starting from $30.
While we offer an extensive range of pre-made options in our large showroom – from room-sized mats and carpet runners to large and small entrance mats in a variety of colours, wool loop, textured, and plush styles – we understand that sometimes you need something truly unique.

Looking to create a custom mat on a budget? Our carpet seconds option is a fantastic way to save! For carpet under 5 metres, our aged stock starts at only $40 per lineal metre. Imagine this: you could get a generous 3m x 3m custom mat for just $289 when you select from our seconds range! With a variety of yarn types to choose from for your mat, the end result will leave you absolutely delighted.
Got Carpet Offcuts? Bring Them In!
If you've recently had carpet installed and have some offcuts lying around, or perhaps some older pieces tucked away in a cupboard, bring them into us! We'd be happy to advise whether we can overlock your existing carpet to give it a professional, finished look. While most carpets are suitable, some backings can be thicker or may have deteriorated over time. We'll always give you honest advice on whether we can achieve a perfect finish for your material.
